What is Saypha Rich?
Saypha Rich is a sterile, clear, transparent, isotonic, biodegradable, viscoelastic, and homogenized injectable implant. Saypha Rich consists of non-animal sodium hyaluronate, obtained from Streptococcus equi bacteria. It may be used in mesotherapy to rehydrate and revitalize the skin for a more youthful appearance, providing similar results to dermal fillers.

What are the benefits of this product?
This form of mesotherapy boosts skin health via hyaluronic acid microinjections. Unlike the temporary moisture provided by creams, Saypha hydrates your patient’s skin from within. It also provides long-lasting results, giving a more radiant tone and a smoother texture.
How does this product work?
Saypha Rich is an injectable dermal filler made of hyaluronic acid and glycerol. The hyaluronic acid in Saypha is highly purified and does not come from animal sources, so no allergy test is needed before treatment. Both hyaluronic acid and glycerol have moisturizing properties and act to rehydrate skin that has become dry through aging, exposure to the sun and UV radiation, stress, smoking, diet, and other activities. Saypha is appropriate for hydrating and the reduction of fine lines, as it adds just enough moisture to smooth the dermis without adding excess bulk, creating results normally associated with dermal fillers.

How to inject/administer this product?
Saypha is administered as a set of microinjections across the treatment area, which should only be performed by authorized medical personnel. Prior to the injection procedure, brief your patient on the expected results, indications, contraindications, precautions, and potential side effects of this treatment. First, determine the sites of injection, mark with a marking pen, and disinfect the area with an appropriate antiseptic. Then, inject the product slowly, using a suitable injection technique, with or without the use of Lidocaine. After injection, massage the area gently to ensure even distribution of the product. When should I use this product?
Saypha can be used as a form of mesotherapy treatment or to correct fine lines and superficial wrinkles on the upper skin layer, as an alternative to dermal fillers.
What areas can I treat with this product?
Saypha rehydrates the skin, revealing a brighter complexion and smoother features. You can inject Saypha, with or without Lidocaine, into the upper dermis layer to improve the look of your patient’s face, neck, decolletage, upper arms, and the backs of their hands. In all of these areas, Saypha replenishes the skin’s natural supply of hyaluronic acid, improving moisture retention and creating softer, smoother, more hydrated and more youthful-looking, results similar to those provided by dermal fillers.
How long do results last?
For maximum effect, you should give your patients a set of Saypha Rich injections every 2 or 3 weeks for a total of at least 3 treatments. After this time, your patients should enjoy their smoother and more radiant skin for about 3 months.
Who is an ideal candidate for this product?
Patients who are looking to rejuvenate their skin or treat very mild signs of aging will benefit the most from treatment with Saypha Rich. Patients who are allergic to hyaluronic acid should not use this product.
